How to Access Consent Data

1. Go to Banners and websites - Open the main navigation menu
2. Choose banner - Select the banner you want to view consents for
3. Click on Consents - Open the consent management section

What Data is Stored

Each consent record contains the following information:

• Date and time of consent - Timestamp when the user provided consent
• URL where consent was made - The specific page where the consent banner was displayed
• Consent ID - Unique identifier for tracking purposes
• Cookie category preferences:
  • Strictly necessary cookies (acceptance status)
  • Preferences cookies (acceptance status)
  • Statistics cookies (acceptance status)
  • Marketing cookies (acceptance status)
• Obfuscated user IP address - IP address with the last part masked to 0 for privacy
• User browser string - Browser and device information
• Locale - Language/region setting when consent was provided
• Consent text - The actual banner description shown to the user

Downloading Consent Records

To export your consent data:

1. Set date range - Enter your desired start and end dates
2. File format option - Check the checkbox if you want to combine all consents into a single file
3. Download - Consents will be exported in CSV format for easy analysis

Data Retention

All consent records are automatically retained for 12 months from the date of collection. After this period, records are permanently deleted to ensure data privacy compliance.
